Multiple Orders

From the May 2026 edition of our Bible Reading Notes the way we offer group subscriptions is changing. 

Group subscriptions will now be called ‘multiple orders’. 

We’re making this change to make the process easier, clearer and quicker for both you and our staff team who process your orders.

How do I make a multiple order? 

Select the items you would like to purchase, add then select how many you require.

Multiple orders can only be made for 6 copies or more.  

You can also place your order by post or by phone indicating how many copies and which notes you require. 

How can I pay?

You will need to pay at the point of purchase; online, by cheque or by phone. If you have any questions about this, please contact our Supporter Care Team on +44 (0)1865 319700.

You will need to place your multiple order for each edition. This means you will be ordering for each issue separately (January, May and September). This will give you more flexibility and control over your order.

Can I amend my order after I have placed it? 

How do I refund part or all of my order? 

You can still return all or part of your order to us, providing it is in good, sellable condition. Once we receive your books back in the office, we will process a refund onto the original method of payment. Please ensure that you include your name and address, and order number for us to process the refund. 

What if I need additional books or want to change the books in my order?

Additional books can be ordered online at brfresources.org.uk or by calling the Supporter Care Team +44 (01865) 319700. Once your order has been placed, we aim to get your books to you in approximately 5 days.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able change books within a multiple order once the order has been placed. For a refund please see above.

I used to get free postage, why do I need to pay  now?

The charity has made the difficult decision to charge postage on all orders under £30. The cost of postage has increased hugely over the last few years, and we can no longer sustain this.

Group orders used to be a minimum of 5 copies, why are the new multiple orders now a minimum of 6 copies?

Multiple Orders will now be a minimum of 6 copies, which means that you can access free postage and packaging for your order.

Why do I now need to pay upfront for my order?

This helps us to ensure that we are being efficient and effective in our management of orders and income. We are delighted that the systems we are implementing will make it easier for you and our staff.

Paying by invoice

Paying by invoice is still available by contacting the Supporter Care Team. Customers must have a clear account with no invoices outstanding in order to access payment by invoice.
